Permanent recruitment fills long-term roles with candidates who join as your direct employees. Both models serve different business needs, and many of our clients use both simultaneously.

For pre-mapped skill categories ¡ª IT, manufacturing operators, BFSI operations, retail ¡ª we typically present screened profiles within 48¨C72 hours. Niche or senior roles may take 5¨C7 business days. We set realistic timelines in the first call rather than overpromising and underdelivering

Yes ¡ª when structured correctly. The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 governs how companies can engage contract workers. Compliance requires the contractor (GIP) to hold the appropriate licence and the principal employer (your company) to hold a registration certificate. We handle all of this as part of our standard engagement, including state-specific requirements.

We work with companies across sizes ¡ª from 50-person startups to multi-thousand-headcount enterprise s. The engagement model is calibrated to your volume and budget. Smaller companies often benefit most from our consultancy model because they don't have the internal HR bandwidth that larger firms do.

Every placement comes with a replacement guarantee. For permanent roles, the guarantee window is 90 days. For contract placements, if a candidate exits within the first 30 days, we replace at no additional charge. We track post-placement performance and stay in contact with both the client and the candidate during the settling-in period.
